  12.  Q. What is AXDIST.EXE?
  13.  A. AXDIST.EXE installs several Microsoft DLLs that are required
  14.     in order to use the WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX)
  15.  Note: If Microsoft Internet Explorer v3.0 or higher is installed
  16.        on your system, you do not need to run AXDIST.EXE

  18.  Q. Why would I need to run AXDIST.EXE?
  19.  A. You only need to run AXDIST.EXE if you are going to use the
  20.     WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX) and you do not have
  21.     Microsoft Internet Explorer v3.0 installed on your system

  23.  Q. I'm not going to use the WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX),
  24.     Should I run AXDIST.EXE?
  25.  A. It is not necessary to run AXDIST.EXE if you will not be using
  26.     the WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX)

  28.  Q. I'm planning on using the SmartHelp Control (SmtHlp32.ocx),
  29.     but not the WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX), do I need to
  30.     run AXDIST.EXE?
  31.  A. No, the SmartHelp Control (SmtHlp32.ocx), does not require the
  32.     DLLs that are installed by AXDIST.EXE

  34.  Q. What is the difference between the SmartHelp Control
  35.     (SmtHlp32.ocx) and the WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX)?
  36.  A. Here is an explanation of the two SmartHelp controls, and the
  37.     difference between them:

  39. SmartHelp Control (SMTHLP32.OCX)
  40.     This version can be used with Windows 95, Windows NT 3.51 and
  41.     Windows NT 4.0. To use it, from your ActiveX control list,
  42.     select SmartHelp - OLE Control. To ship, use SMTHLP32.OCX, 
  43.     MFC40.DLL, MSVCRT40.DLL, OLEPRO32.DLL and the Help file.

  45.     If you want to add a Help button to a Web page, do not use
  46.     the SmartHelp Control, instead use the WebPopupHelp Control.

  48. WebPopupHelp Control (WebPpHlp.OCX)
  49.     This version can be used with Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0.
  50.     It cannot be used with Windows NT 3.51 since some system DLLs
  51.     it requires are not provided for Windows NT 3.51.

  53.     This allows you to add Help buttons to a web page and allows 
  54.     you to display Help as topics or as popups. When using this 
  55.     control, select "Blue Sky Software WebPopupHelp" in your list of 
  56.     ActiveX controls.
